Do you have term contracts?
No, Saber Exterminating does not require you to sign a long term contract. Once the initial service is completed you move forward quarter to quarter. We do have service agreements which tells the state we have permission to be on the property and to provide service. There is no penalty to cancel service at any time.
When I call the office will I get a live person?
Yes, we are a local company and will answer our phone. If you go into voicemail leave a message and we will endeavor to return your call shortly. You are not calling an out of state call center when you call Saber Exterminating.
What are your service areas?
We currently serve Wake, Harnett, Lee, Lenoir, Green Counties and portions of Chatham, Durham, Sampson and Johnston counties. To include the towns and cities of Fuquay-Varina, Angier, Lilington, Broadway, Linden, Sanford, New Hill, Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Coats, Dunn, Erwin, Raleigh, Durham, Wake Forest, Knightdale, Wendell, Zebulon, Pittsboro, Spring Lake, Bunnlevel, Buies Creek, Clayton, Chapel Hill, and surrounding areas.
How are appointments scheduled?
We call every customer and will email and text you with appointment dates and times. You have the option to reschedule up to 24 hrs priors to appointment day and time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, Money order, Credit Card over the phone or the website payment link.
